Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tiny Planet website at tinyplanet.tech, the Tiny Planet iOS app, and any eSIM data plans you buy from us. By using our services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who we are

Tiny Planet is operated by IE Denys Trofymenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, identification number 305787743 ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at hey@tinyplanet.tech.

2. What we sell

We sell prepaid digital eSIM data plans. The mobile network connectivity and the eSIM profiles are provided by Airalo, which acts as the network and eSIM provider. Each plan includes a fixed amount of data for a defined region and validity period, as shown at the time of purchase.

eSIMs are delivered digitally, either as a QR code or as an in-app installation. No physical product is shipped.

3. Payments, taxes and invoicing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues invoices and receipts, and handles payment-related customer service and returns.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

4. Device compatibility is your responsibility

Before you buy, you must confirm that:

• your device supports eSIM; and
• your device is carrier-unlocked, meaning it is not locked to a specific mobile carrier.

An eSIM cannot be used on an incompatible or locked device. Purchases made for such devices are covered by our Refund Policy, which explains when a refund is and is not available.

5. Coverage and service quality

eSIM connectivity relies on local mobile networks operated by third parties. Coverage, speed and availability depend on those networks, your location, and your device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or any particular speed of service.

6. Data-only plans

Unless the plan description states otherwise, eSIMs are data-only. They do not include a phone number, regular voice calls, or SMS. You can still use internet-based calling and messaging apps over the data connection.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services or any eSIM:

• for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws where you use it;
• to send spam, distribute malware, or attack or disrupt networks or systems;
• to resell or redistribute eSIMs without our written permission; or
• in a way that interferes with the network provider's service to other users.

We or the network provider may suspend a plan that is used in breach of these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The Tiny Planet app, website, name, logo, design and content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute it except as allowed by law. Third-party names and logos, such as Airalo and Mapbox, belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Georgia, unless mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
