Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Tiny Planet collects through the Tiny Planet iOS app, the website tinyplanet.tech, and eSIM purchases, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data controller

The data controller is IE Denys Trofymenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, identification number 305787743. Contact: hey@tinyplanet.tech.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and Apple ID identifier when you use Sign in with Apple.
• Purchase records: the plan you bought, the price, the date, the order number and the email used at checkout. Card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• eSIM provisioning data: device and eSIM identifiers needed to deliver and activate an eSIM, such as the EID, IMEI and ICCID.
• Location data: precise location, only with your permission, used to reveal the places you visit on your travel map and to suggest relevant eSIM plans.
• App usage data: information about how you use the app, such as features opened and travel statistics shown on the leaderboard.

3. Why we use it

• to provide the app, including your travel map and leaderboard;
• to sell, deliver and activate eSIM data plans and provide support;
• to process refunds and keep records required for accounting and tax;
• to keep our services secure and to fix problems; and
• to respond to your messages.

We process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, based on our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, or with your consent (for example, for location access, which you can withdraw at any time in iOS Settings).

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Tiny Planet, and only as much as they need:

• Lemon Squeezy: payment processing, tax and invoicing, as our Merchant of Record.
• Airalo: eSIM provisioning and activation.
• Mapbox: map display in the app.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple and app distribution.
• Hosting provider: our website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account; your personal data is then erased from our servers within 30 days. Purchase and invoice records may be kept longer where the law requires it for tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your data;
• receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent; and
• complain to your local data protection authority.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may log basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. When you check out, Lemon Squeezy's pages may use their own cookies, as described in their privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
